This Chicago deep dish was so good I only made it through 1.5 slices, and honestly, that feels like a personal failure. The crust? A buttery fortress. The cheese? Disrespectfully good. The sauce? Sitting proudly on top like it pays the mortgage. The toppings? Absolutely understood the assignment. I took one bite and immediately realized I had been living my entire life incorrectly. We took the rest to go because there was absolutely no way I was leaving this pizza behind. I may have only eaten 1.5 slices, but those leftovers are now under 24-hour security. This wasn’t pizza. This was a commitment. 10/10. Five stars. Would absolutely come back and confidently order more than my stomach can legally handle. 🍕

They said they make all their ranch at the beginning of the day… So I went back and got freshly made ones, because I just know you’re lying to me if you don’t have all your teeth. Anyways. 😬🥸 I left one out all night, untouched, just to do a little testy test. And of course I left one in the fridge too. Even though I’ve made “house-made ranch” for multiple restaurants in my lifetime, my pregnancy depended on this test for my mental health at this point. The first pic is the ranch they would go to war for. I mean, six workers (which had to have been them) all came up SCREAMING. Over ranch? Okay, let’s do it, Cindy. The second and third pics are the freshly made ranch I left out overnight. The fourth and fifth pics are two different ranches (already used) that sat overnight in the fridge. So, in my test, they sat untouched for longer than what the restaurant claimed, in both proper and improper environments. Yet they still don’t look as vicious as the first photo. Mind you, they didn’t want to give me new ranch. They wanted to argue, “This is what happens to house-made ranch when it sits.”

We absolutely love Rosati’s! The food is always incredible, but what made our recent visit truly standout was the service. Emily was fantastic—super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Excellent food and top-tier service. We will definitely be back!

5-30-26 First time here but certainly not the last! We tried the pan crust sausage pizza and it was excellent! The crust is THICK! and crispy. I can eat pizza by the pound but could only eat 4 pieces of this beast! Call ahead if you want to order any of their deep dish style pizzas unless you don't mind waiting 30 to 40 minutes. Definitely worth the wait but if you're in a hurry, order ahead. Plenty of seating for big parties. It's a good idea to call ahead if you are with a big party. Several TVs although they are not big screens. They have a decent size menu with items such and salad, fried chicken and wings. And of course PIZZA! There is a bar but we didn't try any drinks other than iced tea. We'll be back!

Rosati's rocks! It's Easter Sunday, we had a long driving day and didn't know if we would find any place open for dinner. Called ahead, Katie was awesome, we ordered our pizza, gave her our eta and it was ready when we arrived! Taste was fantastic!!
